184 million dollars the citizen of Portugal invests in construction of five-stars hotel " Mandarine " in Vinnitsa region. The hotel becomes a part of a resort complex which will be constructed about the town of Hmelnik in the Western Ukraine.

As the press-service Vinnitsa Administration has informed, a name of the investor - Sergey Bondarenko. He was born in Ukraine, has citizenship of Portugal and heads the firm connected with business in the real estate.

Construction of hotel " Mandarine " calculated on 130 double and 20 numbers of a "lux" class , will begin in 2009 and will come to the end till 2013. It is planned to place some conference halls with the modern equipment and a boutique of fashionable clothes in "Mandarine".

The new resort complex which will specialize on treatment of cardiovascular illnesses, will be constructed on the thrown rural grounds located near to Hmelnic. (Water nearby Hmelnic is saturated by gas radon which is medical and favorably influences blood system and exchange processes in an organism - ). The Total area of building - 158 hectares. The Ground area is at Bondarenko in long-term rent.

Here some hotels, sanatorias will be constructed, will open a botanical garden with rare undersized trees, golf club and club of riding. The resort complex in a countryside is planed on reception of foreigners. The new complex will give region of 500 workplaces, including about 70 places are intended for doctors to whom promise salaries up to 4,5 thousand grivnas per a month.
