Earlier UDC Holding stated intention to begin construction of 5 hotels in the spring of 2010. Yuri Stetskivtakzhe noted that in addition to the planned construction of five hotels - Etap (2 stars) in Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa and Lviv, as well as the Hotel Ibis (3 star) in Lviv - the company will begin construction of another Etap Hotel in Kiev, as well as one in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk.
 
Perspective plan includes construction of 31 hotels by 2018. Investments in its implementation, according to preliminary data, estimated at 120 million dollars. For construction of hotels have seen a few sites in Vinnitsa, Kharkov and other cities. This year, the construction of hotels will be invested about 9 million.
